SHIPPING POLICY

ServCorp’s primary source of shipment is UPS Ground or UPS Freight.  Shipping charges will be added onto all orders.  Orders can also be shipped UPS Collect with a valid UPS account number supplied at the time of order.  We ship within the continental United States only.  A complete shipping address must be supplied at the time of order.  We cannot ship to post office boxes, FPO’s or APO’s.

Once an order has shipped, notification will be sent via email to the customer with UPS Tracking Number as well as a copy of the invoice and credit card receipt.

RETURN POLICY

All packages should be inspected upon delivery.  Details of any damage has to be reported to ServCorp within 24 hours of delivery via email or phone call.  A return authorization will be issued upon notice. 

Any returns must be approved prior to return to ServCorp.  All products must be returned in original packaging, in original condition and returned to ServCorp prepaid at the sender’s expense.  All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

ServCorp does not accept any returns after 30 days of shipment from our location in Michigan.

WARRANTY

Since ServCorp is a distributor, it does not have warranties.  Only the manufacturer can provide a warranty.

PRIVACY

Information we collect is used to fill orders, to contact buyers if they have questions, or to send emails with special offers if requested.
